Accuserve, Inc. is equipped to deliver one-source functional testing, certification, and calibration services for laboratory testing instruments. Calibrations can be performed either at your site or in our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 PJLA accredited laboratory - wherever would best suit your needs. Our staff of highly trained technicians can calibrate and repair friction testers, heat sealers, tensile testers, stopwatches and Zahn cups, as well as viscosity, conductivity, and pH meters from all leading manufacturers, including Mesa Labs, TMI, Oakton, Thwing-Albert, and Brookfield.

Our state-of-the-art conductivity, pH, viscosity, electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature, and force calibrations are accompanied by documentation to satisfy industry and regulatory or audit requirements. We keep extensive inventory and history records for all of our customers, and always issue notifications when the next calibration is due.

Our calibration management tool, Gage InSite, provides us with some key advantages. It enables us to keep a detailed, searchable inventory of customer instruments and calibration dates, and allows us to identify when calibration on a particular instrument is due. We also issue calibration certificates and prepare calibration reports according to specific customer needs. Certificates can be provided in paper or electronic format, and all records are backed up at a secure offsite location.

With turnaround closely monitored and averaging only 4-5 business days for calibration and 15 business days for repair, all instrument shipments are tracked by us to ensure safe, timely delivery.
