Serving as the exclusive authorized Eastern Service Center, covering 37 states, for biomedical engineering company Datrend Systems, Accuserve, Inc. provides calibration, firmware upgrades, and repair services for Infutest infusion pump analyzers (including RMS models), Oxitest pulse oximeter simulators, ES-601 safety analyzers and AMPS-1 patient simulators. In our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 PJLA accredited laboratory, highly trained technicians follow stringent OEM procedures for electrical, pressure, and flow calibration of these complex instruments. Calibration is done on a rapid 2-day turnaround, repair times average 10 days, and we track all shipments until they are back safe in our customer's hands. All work is backed with a full warranty.

With our customers' needs always in mind, we manage the process, label all instruments, issue required reports and calibration certificates, keep historical records and inventory, and notify customers when calibration is due. As only one of the two authorized Datrend service centers in the U.S., we also provide firmware upgrades, battery reconditioning and manufacturer warranty service and upgrades.
